My name is Meredith Rosado. I've worked in the dental industry for over 7 years now, and medical for over 10. I have been blessed to be part of the Elite Dental team since 2013. I thrive to help patients, whether it's by explaining treatment plans, or ensuring that services provided are pre authorized for accuracy in giving patients treatment costs accordingly. I work remotely / in office in billing and utilize multiple insurance based online sources to help assist in getting necessary benefit information for treatment plans as deemed necessary. I also bill medical and obtain authorizations for sleep apnea appliances. I am the proud parent of a beautiful 21 year old daughter and handsome 22 year old son! My number one passion is dancing Salsa with my fiance. I love to travel and get to know new places.

Hi! My name is Jill, and I am the patient coordinator here at Elite Dental Care. With 10+ years’ experience in the dental field, I love helping patients understand the importance of routine visits and any dental treatment that you may come across needing. I am a big people-person and always look forward to seeing you when you visit the office! When I’m not at work, I’m enjoying life with my husband – Spenser, 2 kids – Kylee and Clay, and golden retriever – Java. I enjoy trips up north, spending time with family, and am an avid reader. Fun fact: everyone but my husband (puppy included) all have birthdays in May. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Sandy has been a part of Dr. Bahu's team for just about 10 years. With nearly over 35 years of administrative experience and a strong clinical background, Sandy makes a great asset to our practice. She is available to help with all your needs regarding your patient account. During her free time, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and traveling to visit her grandchildren.
Sabrina
Marketing Team / Dental Assistant
Sabrina is on our marketing team here at Elite Dental Care, handling our social media accounts and office projects. You may also see Sabrina assisting Dr. Bahu with procedures in the office. When she is not in the office, Sabrina spends time with friends and family. She is currently studying towards her bachelor's degree in human biology in the Lyman Briggs college at Michigan State University with an interest in studying medicine in the future.

Dental Assistant / Marketing
I am a student at Michigan State University completing a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Biomedical and Molecular Nutrition, looking to pursue a career in dentistry. I have been a dental assistant as well as a part of the Elite Dental Care marketing team for over two years now, and it has brought me nothing but great joy! In the near future, I plan to further my studies at a graduate level, in hopes of becoming a dentist. Aside from my professional career, I enjoy exercising my creative abilities through graphic design and photography, as well as traveling.

My name is Katelyn Ayar, and I am currently one of Dr. Bahu and Dr. Payne’s Dental Assistants! I am also a student at the University of Detroit Mercy, completing my bachelors degree as a biology major on the pre-dental track. The field of dentistry has always fascinated me, which is why I love being a part of Elite Dental Care’s team! Aside from school and work, I have many hobbies! My top priority is working out/staying active. I also love to travel, read, bake, and spend time with friends and family. In the future, I hope to fulfill my undergraduate degree requirements and go to dental school.

My name is Jenna Sheldrake, I am currently Dr. Bahu and Dr. Mallory’s dental assistant. I am a student at Wayne Community College pursuing a career in Dental Hygiene. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Woodson, and spending time with my husband and step sons!

After attending Oakland Community College for dental assisting, Melad has been certified in Dental Radiology. She has been a part of Dr. Bahu's team since 2010 as our Lead Clinical Dental Assistant. Melad will ensure that you have a great experience each time you are in our office.
In her free time, Melad loves to work out, cook and spend quality time with her husband and her 2 children.
